Wicked Witch's Fizz
Start by filling your Cosmo cocktail infusion kit with vodka. Refrigerate for 3 days. Strain and add liquid back into the jar.
Gather:
- 1.5 oz Cosmo-infused vodka
- 1 oz Apple cider
- 0.5 oz Lime juice
- Ginger beer
- Cinnamon and sugar or caramel syrup for rim
- Lime wedge for rim
- Apple slices and cinnamon stick for garnish
You can make this cocktail 2 different ways! Shaken or Stirred.
Shaken
Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar onto a plate and mix thoroughly. Rim a chilled glass with a wedge of lime. Roll the edge of the glass across the cinnamon and sugar, pressing the mixture into the lime juice.
Add Cosmo-infused vodka, apple cider, and lime juice to an ice-filled shaker. Shake for 20 seconds until chilled. Pour into chilled glass. Top with ginger beer. Add an apple slice and cinnamon stick for garnish.
Stirred
Add caramel syrup to the edge of the glass. Have it pouring down the sides for a spooky effect. Add Cosmo-infused vodka, apple cider, and lime juice to an ice-filled glass. Stir to chill. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with an apple slice and cinnamon stick.
