The Pear-fect Mocktail

Start by filling your Winter White Sangria cocktail infusion kit with hot water and add 4 black tea bags. Let cool, strain and add liquid back into the jar.

Pitcher:

  • 1 L of Winter White infused tea
  • 500 ml pear nectar
  • Soda water

Add tea and pear nectar to a pitcher. Let cool in the fridge. Pour 6 oz into an ice filled glass and top with soda water. Garnish with fresh pear slices and fresh thyme sprigs.

Individual:

  • 4 oz of Winter White infused tea
  • 2 oz pear nectar
  • Soda water
  • fresh pear and thyme for garnish

Add tea and pear nectar to an ice filled shaker. Shake to chill. Strain into a chilled Collins glass, top with soda water. Garnish with slices of fresh pear and a sprig of thyme.
