Gingersnap Whiskey Sour

Start by filling your Gingersnap cocktail infusion kit with bourbon or your favourite whiskey. Refrigerate for 3 days. Strain and add liquid back into the jar. 

Gather:

  • 1.5 oz Gingersnap infused bourbon
  • .75 oz lemon juice
  • .75 oz water
  • 1 small egg white or .75 oz aquafaba
  • dehydrated lemon wheel for garnish

Add ingredients to an ice filled shaker. Shake for 20 seconds to get a nice foam. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with dehydrated lemon wheel.
